Improve Documentation: for custom config file #85

I would like to suggest adding a small section to the documentation with an example to mount a custom configuration to the container

I could not find any resources in this regard, so had to glance the Dockerfile know the exact path to mount the config file.

This configuration works fine for me.

 volumes:
      - ./ca-alert-config.toml:/app/config.sample.toml

Please let me know if I should be making any other changes in my PR
