Intel Mac build is broken

Github has discontinued macos-12, which we were using for build intel mac workflow.
Instead, we should use uv and stop building anything in the actions.
Just like how we download correct versions of meilisearch and jq and package them, we should do the same for uv

In the meantime, perhaps you could manually upload the missing x86_64 build asset to https://github.com/mr-pennyworth/alfred-better-dictionaries/releases/tag/0.2.18 @mr-pennyworth? :)
