Problem/Motivation

Add a way to update client headers for Tenant so that it can be updated on refresh or by calling code.

It is not possible to update config passed to Guzzle after the client has been instantiated.

Proposed Resolution

Probably add a method to XeroClientInterface/XeroClient.
