Refactor the entire project to a more Impl/API/Mixin approach, likely using Architectury, to make adding new features for all platforms and versions much easier. this is very much still an idea, no promises on anything with this, nor is there an ETA.

new target platforms: NeoForge, Quilt
(updated) target versions: 1.19.2, 1.18.2, older if needed

*note: i think the chat up until 1.19 was mostly constant so versions before that could potentially all be compatible, aka versions for like 1.16.5-1.18.2
