[ENHANCEMENT] Special GS kicks and snares

Hi Chris,

In the infamous SGM soundfont, the standard kit has instruments called "GS Bass Drums" and GS Snares". They span the outer range of the MIDI keyboard (bass is 0-16, snares is 97-127). I've seen some MIDIs use these snares instead of the regular GM ones, which result in no snares at all in most soundfonts (including Generaluser GS).

So, I wonder if GeneralUserGS can add support for these. I don't mean new samples, just map the existing standard, room, power, electric, analog, orchestra etc. snares and kicks to their respective positons like in SGM.

I've attached a zip file containing the SGM drums with the said special drums and a MIDI file that uses the special snares.
