[ENHANCEMENT] "Kick & Snare" and "Cymbals & Claps" drum kits

Hi Chris,
The SC-88Pro has two unique drum kits called "Kick & Snare" and "Cymbals & Claps". As these names suggest, they are just that.

Here's the link to 88pro owner's manual where on page 168 you can find the full drum map.

It would be cool for GUGS to have these. Existing samples can be remapped, so it won't increase the size much.

Here's a midi that relies on these 2 kits for drums:

Playing it with GUGS results in drums being incorrect.
