Model parameter consistency

The default set of parameters of malariasimulation and the deterministic malaria model have very slight differences. In many cases, the malariasimulation parameters seem to be rounded, resulting in small differences in equilibrium solutions. Just wondering if it's worth bringing these into alignment.
