Current version only supports ISO2 codes. ISO3 support could be nice as well

Sure. If you needed ISO3 codes instead of ISO2 codes, for whatever reason, that looks like it would do the trick. You want to package that up as a pull request?

@mrmarkfrench . Some payment gateways requires ISO3 formatted country name
