Don't display single collapse button on repeaters with only one field

There's essentially nothing to collapse in that case, so don't do it.

It's unclear if and how this should apply to the Collapse All button.

+1 for this. I was a little confused at what was going on when I first installed the plugin and it was able to collapse fields with a single item.
