Cleanup Nested Repeater Behavior

Nested repeaters work pretty cleanly but the buttons sometimes effect nested fields along with the intended fields. Generally speaking, there should just be slightly better/more obvious connections between each field and it's related row (partially indicated with the aria-controls attribute right now).

I'm not quite sure how much refactoring is required here, but this should happen sooner rather than later.
