Need an output samplesheet with run metadata #14

Need to collect some of the metadata from Argos input and save them to a file to include with run output. Need items such as;

  "project_id"
  "project_pi"
  "request_pi"
  "cancer_type"
  "project_name"
  "project_short_name"
  "project_description"
  "argos_version_string": "21.4.2",
  "cancer_study_identifier": "11089_G",
