Description of feature

Incorporate preseq to estimate library complexity and then add results to the multiqc reports. Nf-core has a preseq module and preseq is natively supported in multiqc. The software should be run on collapsed and uncollapsed bams. we do need to first collect usage information from those who are already using preseq to get a better idea of how to run it.
