Is this package currently working well

Hello,

Just wanted to kindly check in with the current status of this package. I installed the package, but somehow was not able to run the mentioned function "ggraph.loose.ends". Also it seems that the file: https://mskilab.s3.amazonaws.com/hg19/WGS/hg19_looseends.tar.gz is unavailable.
