Once we have a color sensor. We should hook it up to the V5 Brain and test it with the rollers. Below are some things to test for:

What values returned by the color sensor denote red or blue?
What does the transition from red->blue and blue->red look like?
What is the optimal distance from the roller where the color sensor should be placed?
Anything else you can think of.
