Notes

• Create & sync name_notes table
• Show notes on prescription & patient details
• Pop up for note on prescription creation

Repeats

• Create & sync mSupply repeats table
• Add the option for entering repeat details when adding an item to a prescription
• When creating or editing a prescription display a notification for any repeats to be actioned
• Display a list of repeats in notification
• Clicking on a line in the repeat notification allows the item to be added to the prescription
• Store a list of repeats. Any repeat quantity not yet issued is able to be edited
• Allow creation of a repeat record (including expiry entry)

Misc

• Add the ability to auto-generate a patient code if the global preference ‘Auto-generate patient code’ is enabled. Use the ‘Prefix codes with’ field when generating codes
• Validate the uniqueness of the patient code, within the current site
• Add introductory text to the patient creation modal: “To begin, enter some details for the patient. To reduce the chance of duplicate patients being created, we’ll display any existing patients who match the details. Click OK & Next to continue.”
• Add the ability to refine search results on the patient creation modal form
• Highlight selected batches in the item selection modal for prescriptions
• Update prescription status values
• Do not allow empty prescriptions to be created
• UI tweaks:
  • Remove "Check" icons from list item
  • Make List sticky on page (maybe, perhaps should be optional?)
