bug reported by Barak Galanti:

step 5 in readme suggests running the dnsp3 code with
./gridsetup.py 1 1 2 64 64 64 2 2 0

but as documented in step 2 of the readme file, the dnsp3 code requires no padding in the x and y arrays:
./gridsetup.py nx ny nz N N N 0 0 2
