Adds a functioning sidebar which redirects to the right documentation version page when selected. Can't decide if it should pull up the exact URL we are at, or just change to the home page for the new documentation version (since we can't guarantee that the page exists in the new version).
Will probably go with the latter and have it point to the home page instead.
