Need to first do an analysis of what tools to include and where in the build phases to include them correctly.

Possible tools to investigate:

Megalinter
ls-lint
prettier
sonarlint
sfdx-security-scanner (already included in D2X docker image but not workflows)
??? (please comment on this issue if you have ideas)
