Initial Release

This is an initial release of the Kubernetes Fuel Plugin. It has not been tested thoroughly and the following known issues:

• No SSL support between nodes currently and no auth currently configured
• Performance issues with the scheduler as pods seem to take excessively long to being started. Can affect Dashboard startup as well as user applications.
• No proper DNS support
• Issues with Calico network configuration
