Closes #80. It may also fix #103.

Make prebuilt libs and still provide Build from source option.

TODO

  • Android
  • iOS
    • Build xcframework
    • Fix undefined symbol (rnllama::tokens_to_str)
    • Include metallib
    • Validate app bundle (Internal)
  • CI: Build framework/library
  • README
