Legacy Backup verification fails #660

I have some old and some newer single address accounts and the old ones fail to verify when creating the backup.

As far as I can see, the difference is that the old ones are uncompressed.

Although the verification fails, the import appears to work. It fails to import as an account with that address already exists.
