I'm running IntelliJ IDEA 2021.3 (Ultimate Edition) looking at the commit message for an SVN repo.

Installing the plug went without issue, but I don't see a default template in settings, nor do I see anything happen when I press the button on the commit dialog.

Am I missing something?
