요청에 대한 응답을 세분화한다.

Description

같은 요청이라도, 서버 상태와 처리 결과에 따라 응답 코드와 메시지를 다르게 보인다.

응답에 따라 달라지는 응답을 세분화 하여 리스트화한다.
어떤 방식으로 응답할 것인지 응답 형식을 설계한다.
