Automating letterbox packages does not work with decimals

What went wrong?

When I put 3 products with a quantity of 0.8 meters each in the shopping cart (total 2.4), he delivers a letterbox package. However, with more than 2 meters he must provide a package as an option. If I put 3 products of 1 meter in the shopping cart, everything goes well and he chooses the package option. Decimals are probably not included in adding the weight.

Reproduction steps

1. Automate letterbox packages with mailbox weight 2
2. Make 3 products with weight 1 and decimals allowed (min order qty 0.5)
3. Add 0.8 from each in basket (total 2.4)
4. Go to checkout (letterbox packages is the option, while only 2 fits in letterbox package)
5. change the 3 products in basket to 1 each (3 total)
6. now normal package will show up (and thats correct)
