hello, if an mp3 file has been converted to 432, why is a conversion of the converted one not identical to itself?

the pitch-detection has an error margin, and thus it may not detect it exactly 432hz

Is it possible to make it "mathematical"?

I tried many times to improve the algorithm, and every attempt made it worse. Latest version finally has some improvement to reduce the error margin, but it's not perfect.
