When mkv contains tracks (eg subtitles) with non-latin characters, the name in the track list and in the output file is corrupted

On a similar note, if the path to the input file has non-latin characters, the encode will not start.

Error: FFmpeg failed to get pixel format for input video "garbled input path"

Caused by:
    No such file or directory
