add feature: hide to system tray

1. Add an system tray item to hide/show the main window. Close the main window wont exit but hide the window. 功能建议：开机自动启动到托盘和关闭后缩小到托盘 #28
2. Remove an unnecessary unsafe code.
3. Updated tauri version to latest stable.

Hi @naaive ,I updated tauri version may have cause the build action failed. The new version will check the bundle identifier. if it's not changed from the default, it will fail. Would you consider come up with a new identifier?
