Remove by code some holidays not observed by our user?

Is there a way to remove or not give as a holiday some of the holidays that are coded like the presidents day, or juneteenth or columbus day? because if I use the function IsHoliday for those days I get a true, but I want to override some of those holidays.

you can get all the holidays and then remove the ones you don't want
