Dear all,

I am using SDPA-GMP in a shell, but with large values. So it would be nice if we could adjust the precision of the output there easily. Currenlty, I just replace the relevant values in sdpa_io.cpp, but this is not really convenient.

I forked and made an ad-hoc fix that works for me (by defining constants as for the text file output). I did not change the DIMACS_PRINT as I do not know what that is about
