Hello,

Is there any roadmap for improving canonical base calling in the presence of high-density DNA 6mA (fiber-seq/chromatin stenciling)?

I have had several discussions that implied that 6mA would be included in the canonical training in a future release, but a timeline or outline of plans would be great to know.

Thanks!
Mitchell
