@palakpsheth our current plans are to first simplify dorado's dependancies and portability before looking at other channels for deployment.

@iiSeymour ok thank you makes sense. I have found bioconda invaluable over the years as a distribution channel and would make installation pathing and upgrading smoother. Looking forward to the continued good work!
