I am not an expert in unix or programming, but am able to follow directions. When I tried to install Tombo after having followed the instructions for the installation of Ubuntu, microcondo3, biocondo, and the tombo I get many errors related to requiring Python 2.7, 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7 for ont-tombo, and 3.11 for pin-1 which it says is incompatible with any installable version previously reported.
Is there any work around? I have a chemically synthesized oligo with a site-specific DNA modification that I would like to analylze.
