• Create an 'all' catalog so CMR-STAC users can perform a collection search across all providers/collections

• The cloud-stac endpoint https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/cloudstac will be updated to support the new features on https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/stac/ this includes the version naming change . vs _ on all collection's id field as noted here https://lpdaac.usgs.gov/news/important-update-to-cmr-stac-new-identifier-and-search-parameter-format/
