If we want to use Stanford's SMTP server, we'll need to request a service account from UIT: https://code.stanford.edu/-/snippets/127

And Brian sent me this snippet from a script that he was working on to send emails using a Stanford Service account, which looks really helpful as well: https://stanford-natcap.slack.com/archives/D0588PRQ4CA/p1710180768633239
