Figure out ckanext-attribution

When I tried looking into ckanext-attribution, which looks like it's a plugin that would very nicely handle attribution, even linking to researchers' OrcIDs and stuff like that, I can't get the plugin to compile using v1.2.10. The logfile includes text indicating issues compiling the dependency spacy.
