Add installer step text alongside green progress bar?

The InVEST installer has a green progress bar that fills to 100% and then resets and fills again. I feel like this is common, but without accompanying text providing information about what step that bar is referring to, it can be confusing and not overly helpful.

We would need to look into electron-builder and NSIS to see if this is configurable. So far I think we have avoided adding any custom NSIS scripts to the build process.
