Exiting out of the Notebook window should focus back on InVEST Workbench #13

Currently if I open the Notebook window from the Workbench and then close that window, it looks like the main Workbench window is minimized and I'm left looking at my desktop. I then have to click on the InVEST icon to bring it back up.
