Incorrectly reporting version number #71

Environment

Python version: 2.1.1
Nautobot version: 1.6.4
nautobot-capacity-metrics version: 3.11

Expected Behavior

Installed plugins should list version 2.1.1

Observed Behavior

Installed plugins lists 1.1.1

Steps to Reproduce

Install Nautobot capacity metrics, login to nautobot go to the installed plugins page

I believe this is directly related to https://github.com/nautobot/nautobot-plugin-capacity-metrics/blob/develop/nautobot_capacity_metrics/__init__.py#L3
