Hi, I'm now using DUSt3R on Re10k, and use preset pose to get real scale pointclouds, like issue #30
And the ply file sometimes has ghosting and doesn't align well like issue #120 .
Here is one example:
And I also found that with the iter of global alignment going on, the loss continues to drop but the gap between pointclouds of different views is bigger and bigger. Taking the img above as an example, the distance between fans will become bigger and bigger.
Is there anything I miss? Really thank you for any answers.

Hello bro, have you made any progress in this issue? I also wonder whether Dust3R can recover point cloud with real scale under scale preset pose or not. Looking forward to your replay:)
