Ontologies_linked_data contains two configuration variables for setting ID prefixes:
Goo.id_prefix - sets prefix for all object IDs such as ontologies, users, etc in the data layer
@settings.rest_url_prefix - overwrites Goo.id_prefix when presenting data to the end-user.

Goo.id_prefix is currently hardcoded to “http://data.bioontology.org” and rest_url_prefix can be configured at run time.
One of the side effects of hardcoded id_prefix is that application logs and standard output entries currently contain IDs with the http://data.bioontology.org prefix which might confuse Appliance users.
Goo.id_prefix should be configurable and we should document how to change it.
