For all gliders, test communications to a) Iridium, b) Argos, and c) Freewave.

Both ramses and salacia have failed comms test. In freewave dialog, they say "Iridium connected" but soon after attempt a retry, complaining about "NO CARRIER". Dockserver log files (from CSI) were sent to Catherine for review. So far, no evidence of Argos connection either for these two. On the bright side, both get GPS fixes.

Both ramses and salacia were able to connect to the Skio dockserver via Iridium. The time wasn't good for Argos, so we'll try Argos some other time.

Ramses connected to argos. I didn't try salacia yet, as I'm focused on ramses.
