UI help needed?

Thanks for stepping up to help out! The UI is indeed very, very basic. There is a fork from @deepumukundan that adds more functionality here:

I've been imagining a nice gauge / visualization for the running test, with a sliding panel for configuration (like Apple Maps has), but it is a ton of work to figure these out and I am really terrible at product design. Same for scaling to different screen sizes, as the app supports all the way back to iPhone SE.

So any help would be appreciated really!
