Add hyperlinks to Shiny plot #2

The hyperlinks in the R script were added by appending HTML < a href> tags to the plot text for each node using JavaScript. HTML appending is not supported in Shiny, so the hyperlinks will not display.
Need to find another way to add hyperlinks to the nodes.
