hi when i wirte a command i get this error

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_351\bin\java" -jar "C:\ABE\abe.jar" unpack "C:\Backups\whatsapp_backup.ab" "C:\Backups\whatsapp_backup.tar"

this is my command

abe file seems to be not a jar file... how to fix it? Simple adding .jar makes it no possible to open, since its not a jar-file...
