how to use in neoeedit

run neoeedit once
goto C:\Users\<your-user>\.neoeedit\
make dir plugins, then copy neoeime.jar into
restart neoeedit, press ctrl-SPACE to switch IMEs

cp dist/neoeime.jar ~/.neoeedit/plugins/
