Incorrect command in updating postgres documentation #11056

Step 12 of the documentation that describes how to update postgres is no longer valid

The scripts folder no longer has a poetry script and hence ./scripts/poetry -k pg15 fails.

Should this be updated to ./scripts/pytest?
