Motivation

This would allow us to understand better what part of rhods-notebooks is used for testing.

find out how to differentiate testing RHODS usage from other RHODS usage.

@IsaiahStapleton couldn't this just be labeling the stuff folks are using for testing (once we get labeling working)

Is anyone doing testing in rhods-notebooks? and if so why? If they're doing testing in RHOAI they should just be using data science projects. We should be using rhods-notebooks exclusively for running classes.
