HA Configuration needs explanation

The magic surrounding the creation of HA config, needs to be demystified
"ha_config" is not documented anywhere in citrix docs or developers, so i am unable to see what kind of function its actually pushing in the backend when deploying.
Same goes for creating ip's, too much magic and too little logic.

Terraform modules does not have support for creating the ha config manually, which is required when going to a new modern way of deploying citrix adc virtual machines.

Maybe this is obsolete, as someone has managed to make the terraform functions for creating HApair and creating IP's on the VPX'es.
I was deploying terraform scripts on Azure, and the creation of HA between 2 VPX'es where using some internal undocmented commands, which i needed to replicate.
