In case there is more than 5 seconds until a new button can be drawn:

  • Show the cooldown timer.
  • Disable the button.
    Else:
  • The current behavior.

I think we can have a 5 seconds buffer as it takes a couple of seconds to interact with MetaMask and then wait for the tx to be included in a block.
