Show percentage of studies that have a record in NeuroStore early in Project? #407

A potential idea is to match stubs to existing records earlier in the process. That is, if a record exists, associate it with the study.

This has two advantages:

  1. Users know how many studies they already have access to their coordinates
  2. More meta-data can be added automatically.

Perhaps it's enough to simply let users know there's a match, for informational purposes, without necessarily exposing much else until the Extraction phase.

This seems less necessary as we improve the NeuroStore search, since users that want 100% match to db can use that feature
